Since its beginning in 1946, Tarrytown United Methodist Church has been an important part of this communityand through our participation in the connectional system of the United Methodist Church, our ministry spreads around the world.

Sunday Worship Services

Sunday Worship Services are at 8:30, 9:30 and 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary and 11:00 a.m. Service of Holy Communion in Fellowship Hall. A healing service is offered each Wednesday in the Chapel from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Dean William Lawrence to Visit on January 29, 2012

We are delighted to announce that William B. Lawrence, Dean and Professor of American Church History, Southern Methodist University’s Perkins School of Theology, has accepted our invitation to visit TUMC on Sunday, January 29, 2012. He is scheduled to preach at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary and will teach during the Sunday School hour. Everyone is invited to attend his session at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

Perkins Theological School for the Laity (SMU, Dallas)

A variety of workshops will bring laity and scholars together to study the Bible, theology, and spirituality March 1-3, 2012. If you are interested, mark your calendars!
